Cat Songs Live Streaming Concert

Irish Drinking Songs for Cat Lovers Homepage

The Creation of KittiesYesterday, Mommy found a flea on me. She and Marc immediately put anti-flea medicine on the three of us cats.

On the one paw, I am happy to not have those biting fleas in my fur. But I really hate the medicine. It's annoying, and everyone avoids me like rabies.

And it's all Torre's fault. He's the one who gets to go outside and run around.

I mew "gets", but as hot as it was this summer, it's no luxury. I quite enjoy sleeping lazily around the house in the air conditioning. But soon Fall will arrive. Then it's gotta be my turn to GET outside.

"Catnip for Cat Lovers! Knowing all these songs well, Marc does a fabulous job in the feline filk. Meowr! Meowr! The music is beautifully done, and the lyrics will make you laugh--and hug your cat." - Lisa Zingsheim

Irish Drinking Songs for Cat LoversLIVE STREAMING PERFORMANCE OF CAT SONGS

Last month, Marc played an amazing show in his study. It was all done live on Concert Window, a website that offers live streaming performances.

He decided that the next show will be dedicated to the cat lover.

So on September 21st at 7:30 PM CST, Marc will sing cat songs to anyone who wants to attend... online. Yes, you can watch from your living room.

What's really awesome is that this show is pay-what-you want. That means, you really have no excuse not to watch because if you want to pay $1, that's okay. If you want to pay $5, $10, $15, $20, or $100, that's okay too. Every little bit will help make this show a success.

If it's really popular then it he just may do another show of Irish Drinking Songs for Cat Lovers!

This is where we need your help. If you love these songs, then please, tell a friend to watch the show. You can share it on your favorite social network. Or you can make a flier and take it with cat shelters, stores like PetSmart or PetCo, or to a small independent cat store. Tell them to watch. They will be happy they did.

Just send them to http://marcgunn.com/concertwindow to watch Marc perform live. And don't forget you can sign up to be reminded about the performance.

You can also let us know you plan to attend by joining our Facebook group: https://www.facebook.com/events/337149606448174/

Oh! And Torre's birthday is September 15th, so this will also be a birthday party for our lead meower.

Please help us spread the word.

HELP WANTED: CAT NEWS CORRESPONDENT

Marc really wants to share cool cat news in the Cat Music Blog. Unfortunately, he doesn't have time to find and share those items.

Do you have 15 minutes a week?

It's fairly simple for someone or two who are willing to dedicate themselves to the task. Here's what's involved:

1. Sign up to cat groups on various social networks like Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and Google+.

2. If you find a cool resource, a funny picture, a great article, a kickstarter, share it on the blog.

3. You will login to the wordpress site at CatMusicBlog.com and write tell a little bit about the resource.

4, All you need to do is share something once or twice a week. If you want to do more than that, great. If you want to do just pick one day a week to share, that's fine too.

It's really that simple.

If you're interested, please email marc at slainte@marcgunn.com

Thank you as always for all your purrfect support.

ABOUT THE DUBLINERS' TABBY CATS

The Celtic Cat Lover's newsletter from Torre Gunn, one of the founders of the Irish Drinking Songs for Cat Lovers hit music series. In loving memory of Tiziano.

Torre is a tabby cat and lead meower. Jenga is a large tuxedo cat. Rainy is beautiful Siamese princess. They own a simple-minded human named Marc Gunn, a Celtic geek musician and podcaster who writes cat songs.

The main reason they bother to keep him around is because he entertains them now and then and isn't too hard to take care of. They all perform together with The Dubliners' Tabby Cats.
